Meet Caley

I am an advocate, former school social worker, and mom walking right alongside you. Hope & Haven was born out of a clear need: to bridge the gap between home, classroom, and kids' emotional wellbeing.

Bridging home, school, and mental health

I kept seeing the same painful disconnect everywhere I turned. Parents were worried sick searching for guidance, teachers were screaming for support, and kids were struggling without the words to explain why. I realized that everyone was talking about the same challenges, but few were actually building the bridges to solve them. Hope & Haven exists to be that bridge.

You are not alone in the trenches

Raising and educating kids in today's world is messy, demanding, and overwhelming. Being a teacher today is not for the faint of heart, and being a parent carrying constant worry can feel deeply isolating. We all struggle. Having walked the hallways as a school social worker and managing everyday life with my own children, I know what you are carrying—and I am here to walk beside you.

Clinical insight backed by lived experience

My guidance combines clinical knowledge with real-world practicality. I hold a Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, a Bachelor's in Psychology, and advanced training in trauma-informed care and school social work. Above all, I bring lived experience from school hallways and home kitchens to help you navigate modern youth challenges with confidence.

"Caley immediately understood the reality of what we were facing both in the classroom and at home. Her empathy, deep knowledge, and practical strategies brought true calm back to our family."
